John Cadywould joined Rogers and Norton in September 2005 and is a Partner in our Commercial Litigation Department.

He was brought up in Norwich and read law at Downing College Cambridge. He then spent over 12 years in London with a West End/City commercial firm with a substantial media practice acquiring wide ranging experience of complex commercial and media related disputes.

He returned to Norwich as a Commercial Litigation Partner at Eversheds for almost 15 years dealing with a wide range of contractual and other dispute resolution including copyright and confidentiality injunctions, insolvency, libel, passing off, trademark and related matters.

He has acted on a number of High Court search and seize orders both for Claimants and as an independent Supervising Solicitor.
