Bruce is Head of the Commercial Department and specialises in Commercial Property & Licensing work.

He deals with all aspects of Commercial Property transactions including Purchases, Sales, Leases, Mortgages and Refinancing. Bruce has a background in property litigation and is therefore able to advise in respect of all Landlord & Tenant and dispute resolution matters in relation to property including lease renewals, rent reviews and dilapidations claims.

Bruce is also the firms licensing expert and as such acts for many owners and occupiers of licensed premises. He is therefore able to offer a ‘one stop shop’ to anyone who is considering buying, selling, or leasing Pubs, Hotels, Restaurants, Nightclubs and other Licensed Premises.
