Phil Kerridge, born in 1965, was brought up in Ipswich and studied Law at The University of Exeter.

Phil qualified as a Solicitor with Eversheds in 1990 and joined Rogers & Norton in March 1992. He was made a Partner in June 1995. Phil advises on employment related issues such as employment law, health and safety at work and personal injury. Phil also represents major national manufacturing companies on a wide range of litigation and other business advice.
