Maria was born and educated in Norwich. She joined Rogers & Norton in 1991 as a Junior Administrator and progressed to Secretary to an Associate within the Litigation Department dealing with Defendant Personal Injury work. At the start of 1995 Maria took up a Fee-Earning position in the Personal Injury & Legal Expenses Department.

During her time at Rogers & Norton she has completed the Institute of Legal Executive Examinations and in June 2001 was admitted as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives.

Maria continues to work in the Personal Injury & Legal Expenses Department and the work undertaken includes a variety of cases relating to the recovery of financial losses and dealing with personal injury claims on behalf of Claimants.

In addition to the above, Maria has assisted in creating and writing the firm's own bespoke Uninsured Loss Recovery Case Management system. This system is designed to increase the speed, efficiency and management of the Uninsured Loss Recovery Claims Department.
